A postcard from Winter visiting Rome to his classmate William Mary Schifferli at Innsbruck.
William at this time was sick with tuberculosis, and would soon return from school in early June 1908 to the family home in Buffalo NY to convalesce, but would pass away on 27-Jul-1908, a few months after this card was written.
