A postcard to William Mary Schifferli, likely from classmates and friends from Seminary, among them Joe Hoernschmeier. Joe’s card here indicates that he was embarking back to the United States at time of writing.

William, sick with tuberculosis, had recently returned in June 1908 to the family home in Buffalo NY from school in Innsbruck to convalesce, but would pass away on 27-Jul-1908, two weeks after this card was written.
