The search thus far for typical genealogical sources for Margaret Verena has been a challenge.
However, we do have passed down to us a single picture of her with a younger brother and her parents, Francis Xaver Augeli Schifferli and Nothburga Knecht.
And we have number of postcards written in her hand, to her Nephew William Mary Schifferli who was in Europe from 1904 - 1908, at college in Innsbruck studying for the priesthood.
